What paper are the prints made on?
Every motif is printed on genuine Hahnemühle fine art paper – depending on the image on Hahnemühle Pearl (285 gsm), Baryta (315 gsm) or William Turner (310 gsm). Produced by WhiteWall in Germany.
Is a frame included?
No, the prints are shipped unframed. Matching Gallery Frames are available separately.
What sizes are available?
Most motifs are available in eight sizes from 20×30 cm to 100×150 cm. The Mini Series starts at 10×15 cm.
Are the editions limited?
Yes. Each motif is limited to 100 editions worldwide.
How long do printing and shipping take?
Each print is made to order in our specialist lab. You can find current delivery times and shipping costs in our shipping information.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As every print is custom-made to order for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (custom production). Please check size and motif carefully before ordering. In the event of transport damage or an incorrect delivery, please contact us right away – we will find a solution. Details in our return policy.
Where does the donation go?
